Apex Systems is hiring an Email Deployment Specialist for an onsite role at our Brooklyn, OH location. You will oversee end-to-end email deployment using Adobe Campaign and Journey Optimizer, ensure accurate rendering, and maintain reusable templates for Outlook compatibility.

The role requires meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage urgent sends in a fast-paced environment. The position is full-time on-site, with three to four days per week in the Cleveland area, supporting

Qualifications

• Experience deploying email campaigns through Adobe Campaign and Journey Optimizer.
• Strong HTML and CSS for email rendering across Outlook, Gmail, Apple Mail.
• Proven QA processes for cross-device/cross-client testing.
• Ability to build reusable templates for Outlook/MS Office compatibility.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage urgent sends.

Responsibilities

• Email Deployment & Quality Assurance: Deploy and review emails through Adobe Campaign and Journey Optimizer, including time-sensitive communications.
• Quality control to verify content renders correctly, links work, layouts display across desktop, mobile, and webmail clients.
• Ensure brand consistency and content integrity across all outbound emails for team.
• Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track open rates, click-through, bounces, deliverability; generate reports for stakeholders.
• Email Template Development: Create reusable, standards-compliant Outlook templates and maintain the template library.
• Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution: Diagnose and resolve rendering, delivery, and sending issues; implement preventive measures.
