People Inc. in New York, NY is seeking a Custom Email Manager to lead the end-to-end execution of email campaigns and optimize performance across partner offers. You will collaborate with sales, strategists and marketing to gather assets, deploy campaigns and drive engagement.

The role requires 3–5 years in digital marketing or email operations, proficiency with Iterable/Salesforce, and knowledge of HTML/CSS for email customization. Hybrid work with in-office 3x weekly.

Qualifications

• 3 - 5 years of related professional experience in digital marketing or email operations.
• Experience with ESPs such as Iterable and Salesforce is preferred.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email customization and template work.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end execution of email campaigns, including build, segmentation, QA, scheduling and deployment.
• Collaborate with sales, account strategists and marketing to optimize performance and create reports.
• Monitor deliverability, list health and compliance with CAN-SPAM and other regulations.
• Produce centralized performance reports on newsletters and partner offers.
• Maintain production calendars and track workflow tickets.
