Job summary

Encore Pro partners with Telecharge to produce email campaigns from design through deployment. The role focuses on transforming supplied copy and visuals into polished emails that adhere to Telecharge’s brand guidelines and email best practices.

The ideal candidate will have strong HTML/CSS skills, experience with email platforms, and a keen eye for detail. Collaboration and timely delivery are essential across multiple campaigns.

Qualifications

• Hands-on email marketing experience and HTML/CSS skills.
• Experience with email service providers or marketing automation platforms (Encore Pro preferred).
• Strong eye for detail, ability to test, troubleshoot, and ensure accessibility and deliverability.
• Proficient graphic design sense; ability to adapt copy/assets into polished emails.

Responsibilities

• Build and format email campaigns in Encore Pro using Telecharge templates.
• Transform provided copy and assets into cohesive emails aligned with brand standards.
• Design campaign creative within specs, including header graphics and visuals.
• Review emails for accuracy, formatting, and link integrity; fix issues before deploy.
• Ensure responsive display and accessibility; monitor deliverability best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders; manage approvals and incorporate feedback.
• Perform final QA on audience, links, tracking, subject lines, and scheduling.
• Schedule, deploy, and monitor campaigns; report on key metrics and trends.
• Maintain organized campaign records and meet multiple deadlines.
