Qualifications

• Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite and layout tools.
• Experience creating responsive email templates and optimizing performance.
• Strong English communication for C-level stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, design, and build engaging, on-brand email campaigns.
• Develop responsive email templates optimized for mobile and desktop.
• Write engaging copy aligned with campaign goals across audiences.
• Collaborate with marketing, copywriting, and development teams to deliver on time.
• Ensure cohesive visual storytelling and campaign alignment.
• Maintain design consistency with brand guidelines.
• Optimize assets for performance and accessibility.
• Conduct A/B testing and analyze results to improve design.
• Create and maintain design systems, documentation, and SOPs as needed.
• Assist with other tactical design or administrative tasks as needed.
