Job description

Encore Pro is seeking a detail-oriented Email Marketing Production Specialist to support The Shubert Organization’s email marketing campaigns. This role will be employed by Encore Pro and will serve as a dedicated production partner for Telecharge, managing campaigns through initial design, testing, deployment, troubleshooting, and performance reporting.

The ideal candidate has hands-on email marketing experience, strong HTML skills, working knowledge of graphic design, and an excellent eye for detail. Creating and using templates within the Encore Pro platform, this person will transform provided copy and creative assets into polished, engaging emails that follow Telecharge’s brand standards and email marketing best practices.

This is a highly collaborative and execution-focused role for someone who can manage multiple campaigns, respond thoughtfully to feedback, proactively identify potential issues, and ensure every email is accurate, visually appealing, and ready to reach its intended audience.

Responsibilities

  • Build and format email campaigns in the Encore Pro platform using existing Telecharge templates.

  • Turn supplied copy, images, links, and other assets into polished, cohesive emails that align with established brand and design standards.

  • Using templates provided by the client, design campaign creative within established specifications, including header graphics and other visual elements.

  • Review all emails carefully for accuracy and consistency, image quality, and proper formatting. Proactively flag and correct typographical errors, visual inconsistencies, unusual spacing, broken links, or other issues before campaigns are deployed.

  • Ensure emails display properly across desktop and mobile devices and follow email accessibility and deliverability best practices.

  • Manage the review and approval process with stakeholders. Implement feedback accurately and efficiently, providing revised tests as needed.

  • Conduct final pre-deployment quality assurance, verifying audience selection, links, tracking, subject lines, preheader text, and scheduling details. Schedule and deploy approved email campaigns, following the client’s marketing calendar.

  • Monitor campaign performance and prepare clear, accurate reports on metrics such as delivery rate, open rate, click-through rate, engagement, and unsubscribes. Interpret campaign results, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations for improving future performance.

  • Maintain organized campaign records and help ensure deadlines are met across multiple simultaneous projects.

  • Communicate clearly and proactively with stakeholders regarding campaign status, questions, approvals, and potential issues. Troubleshoot deliverability issues and manage list optimization.

Qualifications

  • Professional experience building, testing, scheduling, and deploying business or marketing email campaigns.

  • Proficiency in HTML and CSS, particularly as they apply to email development.

  • Experience working in an email service provider or marketing automation platform. Experience with Encore Pro is preferred but not required.

  • Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, including responsive design, accessibility, deliverability, audience segmentation, and quality assurance.

  • Working knowledge of graphic design principles, including layout, typography, hierarchy, image selection, and brand consistency.

  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, or comparable graphic design software.

  • Experience editing and resizing graphics for digital and email use.

  • Experience reviewing email analytics and translating performance data into meaningful insights and recommendations.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong proofreading skills.

  • Ability to identify and resolve visual or technical issues independently.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.

  • Ability to receive feedback, make revisions promptly, and work collaboratively with client stakeholders.

  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting email marketing for an entertainment, ticketing, arts, hospitality, retail, or other consumer-facing organization.

  • Familiarity with A/B testing, audience segmentation, campaign tagging, and link tracking.

  • Basic understanding of digital marketing performance benchmarks and data visualization.

  • Experience working in a client-service or agency environment.
