Job summary

Qualifications

• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Emergency Medicine
• Demonstrated commitment to teaching and educational scholarship
• Prior educational administrative experience
• Completion of a medical education fellowship is preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead curriculum development for a four-year EM residency
• Oversee residency recruitment and PGY class-specific mentorship/remediation
• Administer the four-year program including FAST in the final year
• Drive trainee well-being initiatives and expand wellness programming for residents and faculty
• Join Teaching College to advance educational scholarship and cross-departmental teaching initiatives
