Talent With Heart is seeking an Emergency Medicine Nocturnist in Lima, OH. The role is a full-time, night-shift position with 1,456 annual clinical hours and an on-site team in a community hospital ED.

The physician will serve as the solo attending during night hours with full clinical autonomy and strong APP support to ensure smooth patient flow. Competitive compensation includes robust benefits and malpractice coverage.

Formación

• MD or DO with accredited Emergency Medicine residency.
• BC/BE in Emergency Medicine required; Family Practice not accepted for this night role.
• Active Ohio state medical license (or immediate eligibility) and valid DEA registration.
• Team-oriented and collaborative professional in a stable, family-like staff environment.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the solo attending Emergency Medicine Physician on-site during night hours, directing patient care with full autonomy.
• Benefit from dedicated APP coverage to streamline patient throughput.
• Support a high-volume community ED with approximately 28,000 visits annually.
• Utilize Meditech EMR with a plan to adopt AI scribes to reduce charting burden.
