Job summary

Community Services for Children in Fairless Hills, PA is seeking a Provider Specialist to support the ELRC region 16. You will assist all Early Learning Providers, including CCW and Keystone STARS, ensuring invoices processed timely and data entered into PELICAN.

This role requires a customer-service mindset, knowledge of Title 55 regulations, and ability to manage contracts and provider information. Travel to training sites is required.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in social work, business, early childhood/human services, or related field.
• Prior customer service experience and strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to use required databases, software, and other technology - including tracking and reporting systems.
• Valid driver’s license and full‑time use of vehicle, or reliable transportation to community locations as required.
• Experience with early childhood / childcare programming preferred.

• Maintain understanding and knowledge of Title 55, Chapter 3041 & 168 subsidized childcare regulations, TANF/Food Stamp/Former TANF and TCA Regulations, performance standards, ELRC policies and procedures, Keystone STARS, Head Start, and Pre‑K Counts.
• Reach out to childcare providers to solicit involvement in Child Care Works program; conduct interviews, and develop and complete contracts.
• Ensure that childcare providers update their program information, required elements (including market rate information), and contract information regularly and at least annually.

Community Services for Children is looking for a Provider Specialist to support the Early Learning Resource Center (ELRC) in Region 16 – Fairless Hills. This role assists all Early Learning Providers, including those enrolled in Child Care Works (CCW) and Keystone STARS. A customer service mindset and an understanding of program requirements and implementation practices will be essential in this role. The Provider Specialist will ensure provider invoices are processed timely, accurately, and within the regulations set forth by OCDEL, and maintain current provider contracts services and data entry into PELICAN system.
