Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in employee relations, HR, or a related field.
• Minimum two years in employee/labor relations, policy, compliance, or HR; union setting preferred.
• Strong knowledge of public records laws, ADA accommodations, and policy administration.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with unions and manage negotiations and meetings.
• Process public records requests and redact confidential information as required.
• Prepare reports, memos, and correspondence; track data and trends in labor relations.
• Attend labor relations meetings, take minutes, and summarize outcomes.
