Responsibilities:

• Develop, modify, test, and maintain application programs within Ellucian Colleague.
• Troubleshoot modules including Core, ST, CF, and HR.
• Write and execute Colleague queries and use Colleague Studio for program modifications.
• Build integrations using ETHOS APIs and Data Connect (preferred).
• Create reports using SAP Business Objects or similar BI tools.
• Understand and navigate the Colleague Unidata database structure.
• Collaborate with functional users to analyze technical needs.
• Maintain documentation and provide weekly status updates (for remote work).
• Adhere to deadlines and project timelines.

Skills:

• 6+ years of programming experience in the Ellucian Colleague environment.
• Proficient with Colleague ERP/Self-Service, Envision Basic, and Colleague Studio.
• Strong understanding of Colleague Unidata database and data elements.
• Experience with ETHOS APIs, Data Connect, and MS SQL.
• Familiarity with SAP Business Objects Web Intelligence or similar BI/reporting tools.
• Background in higher education IT systems.

Schedule:

Full-time | Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST

• (Remote candidates must be available for online communication and weekly reporting.)
