Description:
DSI is seeking a Programmer/Analyst responsible for developing, maintaining, and troubleshooting Ellucian Colleague applications and integrations, with the following key responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

1. Manage the service request system, including status updates, attachments, and communication for IT tickets.
2. Create detailed specifications with flowcharts and diagrams for end users and technical teams.
3. Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure system functionality.
4. Meet project deadlines and stay within budget for assigned tasks.

Requirements:

• Extensive knowledge of Ellucian Colleague suite, including Core, ST, CF, and HR modules, with troubleshooting skills.
• Preferred experience with Ellucian ETHOS, APIs, and Data Connect for SaaS integrations.
• Experience with SAP BI or similar reporting tools.
• Ability to design, code, and test customizations in Colleague modules.
• Proficiency in writing and executing Colleague queries.
• Experience with Colleague Studio for program modifications.
• Knowledge of Colleague Unidata database and data retrieval methods.
• Understanding of higher education processes to effectively communicate with college departments.
• Minimum 6+ years in analysis and programming within the Ellucian Colleague environment.
