Position: Registered Nurse CDU

Salary and Benefits: $15,000 bonus eligible, paid in 3, 6, and 12 months (for 1+ years of experience). Full-time hours: 36 hours/week. Shift: Nights, 7pm-7am, 12-hour shifts, 3x per week.

Experience: Preferred but not mandatory.

About The Unit

The Clinical Decision Units (CDU) is a 10-bed observation telemetry unit with an average census of 8-10 patients. It specializes in observation patients with diagnoses such as cardiac, infectious, neuro, and occasionally CICU/Med surg overflow. The unit has nurse-to-patient ratios of 1:3-5 and LNA-to-patient ratios of 1:10. You will be primarily scheduled in CDU with occasional shifts in CICU.
