Natick Public Schools Lilja Elementary School in Natick, MA is seeking a Paraprofessional Educator for the Multilingual Education Program (Group 1). The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma (bachelor’s degree preferred) and be comfortable using Google Suite and PowerSchool.

Qualifications

• Education: High school graduate minimum; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Specialized knowledge: Diversity, equity, inclusion, and social justice.
• Experience with English language learners preferred; Google Suite and PowerSchool experience a plus, but training available.

Responsabilités

• Support English learners by working with individual students and small groups.
• Implement teacher-provided instruction and materials.
• Collaborate with classroom teachers and ELE team to address student needs and equity.
