Qualifications

• Master’s degree in TESOL, applied linguistics, adult education, education, language development or closely related field.
• Minimum of five years of experience teaching English to adult learners in face-to-face and online or hybrid environments.
• Experience in curriculum development, instructional assessment, learning-outcomes evaluation and using student data to improve instruction.

Responsibilities

• Teach credit and continuing education ELL courses in multiple formats (face-to-face, online, hybrid, HyFlex).
• Lead onboarding, professional learning, observation, and instructional support for part-time faculty.
• Coordinate assessment practices, learning-outcomes measurement, and curriculum alignment across programs.
• Collaborate with departments and community partners to meet grant requirements and student outcomes.
