Qualifications

• Valid North Carolina Teaching Certificate and/or ESL or TESOL certification required.
• 3 years of directly related experience is preferred.
• Knowledge and experience with state ELL forms and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of the ELL program and provide training to staff.
• Communicate Federal and State ELL policy updates to administration.
• Develop and deliver professional development programs for ELL.
