Job summary

Responsibilities

• Establishes and maintains long-term relationships with customers before and after the sale.
• Develop long-term relationships with customers
• Acquire full knowledge of complete product line, features and accessories available for purchase
• Showrooms and display demonstrations of boats and water tests
• Follow MarineMax sales process including prospecting for new customers and follow-up
• Accurately computes and quotes sales price including tax, trade-in and license fees; liaises with Business Manager for financing requirements
• Project a professional and knowledgeable image at all times
• Oversee the delivery of each unit sold
• Introduce customers to dealership team to emphasize service operations
• Lead and support customer events including Getaways
• Participate in boat shows and off-site promotions
• Demonstrate basic Seamanship skills
• Complete all required training programs including online modules
