Job summary

Renewal by Andersen, the custom division of Andersen Windows, is seeking a Residential Sales Consultant to visit pre-scheduled residential appointments in Central Indiana and present window and door replacement solutions. This full-time, commission-based role offers paid training and mentorship, with top performers eligible for an annual Sales Trip and comprehensive benefits.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in high-value sales, a valid driver's license, and comfort with travel up to 2 hours

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales success in luxury goods, premium services, or high-value transactions.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Comfortable traveling up to 2 hours for appointments daily.
• Ability to lift and carry 40–60 lbs of sample materials.
• Capable of navigating various applications on an iPad.
• Willingness to learn a structured and proven sales process.

Responsibilities

• Go to pre-scheduled appointments in residential homes and conduct sales presentations.
• Provide homeowners with all necessary information to make a same-day decision on window and door replacement.
• This is a strong one-call close role with no project management or follow-up required.
