United Wholesale Mortgage, LLC is seeking Welcome Associates to deliver an elite client experience on inbound calls. You will greet clients with poise and resolve inquiries promptly in a fast-paced, on-site environment.

You will use initiative, build cooperative relationships, and learn a wide range of information about clients, our organization and services. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Must be comfortable in a high volume call center environment (700-900 calls per day).
• Comfortable working on multiple computer screens and software systems.

Responsibilities

• Use initiative and make frequent independent judgments to provide information.
• Establish and maintain cooperative relationships with clients.
• Learn and apply information about clients and services in a complex operation.
• Perform effectively under pressure and frequent interruption.
