Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable in a high-volume call center environment (700-900 calls per day).
• Ability to work with multiple computer screens and software systems.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls promptly and accurately while greeting clients with poise.
• Use initiative and independent judgment to obtain and relay information.
• Establish and maintain cooperative relationships with clients.
• Learn and apply information about clients, organization and services in a complex operation.
