Job summary

Brobston Group LLC is seeking a Senior Sales And Purchasing Advisor to manage inquiries and lead the buying and selling of premium pre-owned watches. You will negotiate trade-ins and close deals, handling the full sales cycle from initial contact through aftersales while ensuring compliance with procedures.

The role focuses on delivering exceptional service to high-ticket clients via phone and email, while meeting aggressive sales and purchasing targets.

Qualifications

• Proven email and phone sales experience with high-ticket clients.
• Deep knowledge of watch brands, models, and movements (quartz, automatic, manual).
• Experience tracking KPIs such as response time, sales/purchasing targets, and conversion.

Responsibilities

• Manage inquiries on watches via phone and email and deliver timely responses.
• Buy, sell, and negotiate prices of watches, including handling trade-ins.
• Oversee end-to-end sales and purchasing from initial contact to aftersales.
• Handle live orders post payment and resolve aftersales queries.
• Ensure compliance with sales, financial, and security procedures.
• Meet KPIs: units sold/purchased, conversion rate, and response times.
