Job summary

Mohegan Sun in Uncasville, CT is seeking a VIP Host for NovelleApply. You will take reservations, welcome guests, seat them and present menus according to department policies, using NightPro and OpenTable to manage bookings and queues.

You will interact with guests and team members throughout service, promote upcoming events, and support handling large party inquiries with sales and catering. The role requires guest service experience and strong communication in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Previous guest service experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills.
• Intermediate knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Take reservations via NightPro and OpenTable systems.
• Coordinate all guest seating in accordance with front of house operations.
• Observe tables and track clean, dirty and occupied tables.
• Take guest information and quote accurate wait times and minimums.
• Assist in keeping general admission and VIP lines in order.
• Answer phones and relay messages for management.
