Job summary

Viejas Casino & Resort is seeking a VIP Host to greet and attend to Gold Tier guests, delivering world-class service and building personalized relationships. You will coordinate bookings, shuttle and hotel arrangements while actively recruiting new myViejas Club members.

You will work across the casino floor and at myViejas desks, using strong sales skills to promote loyalty, manage guest information, and support the Player Development team in service recovery and account resolution.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1–3 years of related experience and/or training are required.
• 1 year of casino experience is preferred.
• Strong guest service skills are essential.
• Ability to use a Player Tracking System and review guest accounts.

Responsibilities

• Greet VIP guests at myViejas desks and on the casino floor, delivering personalized service.
• Build relationships with VIP guests to drive repeat visits and increased play.
• Make bookings and coordinate transportation, hotel, and reservations for guests.
• Promote and enroll guests in the myViejas Club and its rewards program.
• Maintain confidentiality of guests’ information and ensure accurate account handling.
