A vibrant nightclub is seeking a VIP Server to create unforgettable experiences for guests. You will greet guests, take orders, and serve food and beverages in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of experience in the food and beverage industry, outstanding communication skills, and the ability to enhance guest satisfaction through excellent service. This role requires physical stamina and the ability to handle various tasks, ensuring a dynamic and energetic atmosphere.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of serving in a fast-paced food and beverage venue, preferably nightclub environment.
• Must have alcohol awareness certification and/or food service permit.
• Reading and writing abilities for taking orders and completing paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and take food and beverage orders promptly.
• Serve cocktails and menu items, up-sell when possible.
• Ensure guest satisfaction with energetic and professional service.
• Monitor guest behavior regarding alcohol consumption.
• Complete all side work accurately and on time.
