Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Licensure: Valid driver’s license for the state you are applying to work.
• Work Experience: One month related experience and/or training; OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge: Principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a pleasant, friendly, and professional demeanor with guests and coworkers.
• Greet guests and assist with parking and luggage as needed.
• Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures; issue/collect tickets and keys.
• Assist guests with directions, taxis, reservations, and local amenities.
• Safely park and retrieve vehicles, ensuring ticket accuracy and revenue collection.
