Job summary

Edgewater Gaming, LLC is seeking a Valet Parking Attendant to support the daily valet operations and safely transport guest vehicles. You will be the first point of contact for arriving guests, delivering courteous service and contributing to a positive first impression.

Responsibilities include parking/retrieving vehicles, greeting guests, verifying check-in status, and maintaining a clean valet area. You will follow gaming laws and internal controls while providing timely service.

Qualifications

• 6 months of valet or similar guest service experience preferred.
• Ability to drive standard and automatic transmissions safely.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to work as part of a team.
• Committed to safety-conscious work environment and following instructions.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and courteous guest service per the guest service culture.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles promptly and safely.
• Greet guests upon arrival and verify check-in status; assist with luggage as needed.
• Document vehicle damage and secure guest keys.
• Maintain a clean valet area and driveways; manage key booth operations.
• Ensure compliance with gaming laws, internal controls, policies and procedures.
• Provide outstanding guest service to guests and teammates; perform other duties as assigned.
