Job summary

SP+ is seeking a courteous Valet Attendant to safely park, retrieve and assist customers with their vehicles. You will ensure a professional, timely valet service and maintain a neat appearance in uniform during shifts.

Responsibilities include inspecting vehicles, documenting findings, informing customers of rates, obeying traffic laws, and assisting supervisors as needed. Availability for second/third shifts and weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• Less than High School education or 1 month related experience or combination of education and experience.
• Prior valet driving experience preferred.
• Valid driver\'s license with clean record; able to drive a stick shift is a plus.
• Availability for second/third shifts and/or weekends may be required.
• Ability to read simple instructions and write simple correspondence; communicate with customers and coworkers.
• Must be able to stand/walk, lift up to 25 pounds, and maintain neat appearance in uniform.

Responsibilities

• Be punctual for all scheduled shifts and maintain uniform throughout shifts.
• Inspect each vehicle and document findings with tickets.
• Inform customers of valet rates.
• Report accidents or safety hazards to Supervisors/Managers.
• Know local streets and provide directions when needed.
• Respond to customer questions promptly and courteously.
• Observe traffic laws and safe driving practices.
• Assist Supervisors and Managers with additional duties as assigned.
