Job summary

Edgewater Gaming, LLC is hiring a Valet Parking Attendant to support daily valet operations, transport guest vehicles safely, and deliver courteous service at our property. You’ll be the first point of contact for arriving guests, ensuring a positive first impression and efficient flow of traffic.

This role requires attention to detail, basic computer use, and a commitment to safety and compliance with gaming laws. High school diploma preferred, 21+ and able to work flexible shifts.

Qualifications

• 6 months of experience in a valet or similar guest service role preferred.
• Ability to maintain concentration and think clearly under all driving conditions.
• Ability to effectively and safely drive all vehicle types, including standard and automatic transmissions.
• Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks accurately in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to work as part of a team.
• Committed to fostering a respectful, inclusive, and safety-conscious work environment.
• Ability to access and input information using a moderately complex computer system.
• This position is safety-sensitive and requires pre-employment drug screening, including testing for marijuana.

Responsibilities

• Park and retrieve guest vehicles promptly and safely, including driving both standard and automatic transmissions.
• Greet guests upon arrival, assist with luggage when needed, and verify check-in status.
• Document any existing vehicle damage and secure guest keys accurately.
• Maintain a clean and organized valet area, including driveways and key booth operations.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures.
• Provide outstanding guest service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members.
