Job summary

FROSCH, on Chase Travel’s Private Client Services team, seeks a Travel Support Specialist II to elevate luxury travel for an elite clientele. You will build strong relationships with luxury service providers and craft bespoke itineraries reflecting refined tastes.

You will work closely with Travel Designers, update client records, and stay ahead of industry trends to deliver impeccable travel experiences in a fast-paced, sophisticated environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a concierge, personal assistant, or similar role within luxury services, focusing on travel or hospitality.
• Keen eye for detail and design skills for sophisticated itineraries meeting luxury client expectations.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships with luxury service providers and stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills interacting with UHNW clients and providers.
• Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities for complex arrangements and detailed records.
• Flexibility to accommodate client needs during off-hours and changing schedules.
• Proficiency with MS Office, ClientBase, Monday.com, and AXUS Pocket Travel Consultant familiarity.
• Deep understanding and passion for luxury travel and current industry trends.

Responsibilities

• Establish and nurture relationships with luxury restaurants, ticket brokers, exclusive event coordinators, and private experience providers.
• Collaborate with Travel Designers to handle all travel logistics.
• Craft elegant, detailed itineraries using AXUS Pocket Travel Consultant and design templates reflecting client standards.
• Communicate with UHNW clients via email, phone, and in person to capture preferences with meticulous attention to detail.
• Coordinate with hotels, tour operators, and private guides to tailor high-end travel such as dining, spa, and exclusive activities.
• Update client details on Monday.com and ClientBase ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
• Research luxury travel trends and elite accommodations to provide current options.
