Job summary

Crane 1 Services is seeking a high-performing Sales Hunter in the United States to drive outside B2B sales for crane inspection, repair, maintenance and modernization. You’ll quote, prospect, and lead through the full cycle, building relationships with plant managers and key decision-makers to improve uptime and safety.

The role rewards results with a base of $80k–$85k plus aggressive commissions, car allowance, gas card and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven, successful outside B2B sales experience.
• Experience in industrial services, manufacturing, construction, or MRO sales is a plus.
• Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to work independently.
• Strong communicator with excellent follow-up and presentation skills.
• Experience using CRM platforms and managing a sales pipeline.
