Superintendent — Large Commercial Projects
Location: Indianapolis, IN
One of the largest and most respected commercial builders in the Midwest. Their Indianapolis office runs some of the most visible projects in the region — high-rise, healthcare, sports, and large-scale institutional work. This is a Top 20 ENR contractor with national resources but a regional operating model that gives superintendents real autonomy. ESOP means you're building wealth, not just collecting a paycheck.
They need a proven Superintendent who's run large, complex commercial projects — the kind with 18-24 month schedules, deep excavations, and 50+ subs on site. You'll lead the field team, drive safety culture, manage the master schedule, and represent the company to owners and architects. This is the top tier of field leadership for the kind of projects that make a career.
10+ years of commercial construction experience, with at least 5 as a lead Superintendent
- Verifiable track record on projects $50M+
- Experience with high-rise, healthcare, or large institutional projects
- Advanced knowledge of MEP systems, building envelope, and structural phases
