Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking an Elite Stylist to deliver expert hair services and guest experiences in our Maryland salon. You will consult with guests, perform hair design and color, and promote products and services to enhance the total look.

Cosmetology license required. Flexible schedule including some evenings and weekends. Strong guest service and communication skills, plus the ability to work well in a team and meet sales goals. Ulta Beauty offers comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities

Perform hair services including design, color, texture, styling, updos, and extensions.
Meet or exceed sales goals for hair services and contribute to retail and service sales.
Demonstrate product and service demonstrations to drive sales and guest experience.
Support in-store events, promotions, and marketing initiatives for an unrivaled guest experience.
Stay informed about industry trends, products, and services to better serve guests.
Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
