Crossover is hiring a High-Performance Coach to inspire and coach students, while AI handles academic delivery. You will conduct intensive coaching sessions, lead life-skills workshops, and establish a daily culture of excellence at multiple campuses across California and beyond.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 3 years of experience in student coaching or leadership roles.
• In-person work at specified campuses or relocation is required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one and small-group coaching using analytics to identify obstacles and set ambitious objectives.
• Facilitate structured life-skills workshops focused on mastery and evaluation through Alpha's framework.
• Establish daily cultural standards each morning to reinforce high-performance expectations campus-wide.
• Monitor progress and adapt coaching approaches based on data, not intuition.
• Build trusted mentor relationships with students and families through rigorous standards and motivation strategies.
