You will leverage Coachbot analytics to identify obstacles, set ambitious targets, and drive student growth. Expect to allocate time across coaching, life-skills workshops, and structured morning sessions, while maintaining elite standards and fostering student trust.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and evidence of exceptional achievement in a globally recognized field.
• At least 3 years coaching/mentoring or leadership roles elevating others' performance.
• Willing to work on-site at a U.S. campus; work authorization in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 1-on-1 and small-group coaching leveraging analytics to set ambitious targets and ensure accountability.
• Facilitate life-skills workshops drawn from elite backgrounds; measure mastery via the program framework.
• Lead focused morning kickoff sessions to instill high-performance standards campus-wide.
• Monitor progress in real time and adjust coaching based on evidence.
• Build trusted mentor relationships with students and families with consistent standards.
