You will coach students in a campus environment, using data-driven methods to diagnose blockers, set ambitious goals, and foster resilience. A strong emphasis on elite standards and life-skills development guides daily practice.

You will conduct coaching with a focus on motivation, culture-building, and measurable growth, partnering with families to support ongoing progress and mastery across campus locations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in student coaching or youth mentoring
• Proven leadership and high-performance mindset
• Demonstrated record of elite achievement in a global domain

Responsibilities

• Conduct 1-on-1 and small-group coaching sessions using data to diagnose blockers and set ambitious goals
• Lead structured life-skills workshops focused on mastery
• Set daily culture through focused kickoffs and high-performance expectations
• Monitor progress in real time and adjust coaching strategies based on data
• Build mentor relationships with students and families with consistency and motivation plans
