Job summary

Crossover is seeking a Leadership and Growth Coach to drive exceptional student motivation and life-skills mastery at Alpha’s campuses. This full-time, in-person role focuses on high-touch coaching, mentoring, and building trust with students and families while leveraging Coachbot analytics to guide progress.

Compensation is $150,000 USD/year with weekly pay, and they offer benefits and relocation support for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree is required.
3+ years of experience in student coaching, youth mentoring, athletic coaching, or leadership roles where you measurably raised others' performance.
Willing to work in-person at an Alpha campus in multiple U.S. cities (relocation support provided).
Legal right to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

Conduct 1-on-1 and small-group coaching sessions leveraging Coachbot analytics and student performance data to identify obstacles, establish ambitious targets, and ensure accountability for execution.
Facilitate structured life-skills workshops designed for mastery by drawing on credible examples from your own elite background, then evaluating mastery via Alpha's Test2Pass system.
Establish the campus cultural standard each morning through focused kickoffs that reinforce expectations for high performance.
Monitor student progress in real time and refine coaching approaches based on data rather than intuition.
Cultivate trusted mentor relationships with students and families by maintaining high standards, consistency, and documented motivation strategies.
