Alpha seeks a high-performance Student Performance Strategist to elevate growth for K-12 students using AI-powered coaching. You will diagnose blockers, set ambitious goals, and lead mastery-based life-skills workshops while maintaining high standards across top campuses.

Your role centers on motivation and mentorship rather than traditional instruction, with direct student impact and minimal administrative duties. Relocation support is available for multiple US locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Exceptional achievement in a highly selective, globally recognized domain is required.
• At least 3 years of experience in student coaching, youth mentoring, athletic coaching, or leadership roles where you measurably raised others' performance.
• Ability to design and deliver an engaging multiweek life-skills workshop with clear progression, compelling storytelling, and measurable mastery.
• Willing to work in-person at an Alpha campus in Orange County, CA; Palo Alto, CA; San Francisco, CA; South Bay, CA; Greenwich, CT; Boca Raton, FL; or New York City, NY (relocation support provided).
• Legal right to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Drive exceptional student motivation, growth, and life-skill mastery at Alpha's highest-expectation campuses.
• Run 1-on-1 and small-group coaching sessions using Coachbot analytics and student progress data to diagnose blockers, set ambitious goals, and hold students accountable.
• Deliver structured life-skills workshops built for mastery using credible storytelling from your own elite experience, then assessing mastery through Alpha's Test2Pass system.
• Setting the cultural tone each morning through focused kickoffs that reinforce high-performance expectations across the campus.
• Track student progress in real time and adjust coaching strategies based on data, not instinct.
• Build trusted mentor relationships with students and families through high standards, consistency, and documented motivation plans
