Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years in student coaching, youth mentoring, athletic coaching, or leadership roles with measurable impact.
• Ability to design and deliver engaging multiweek life-skills workshops with clear progression.

Responsibilities

• Run 1-on-1 and small-group coaching sessions using Coachbot analytics to diagnose blockers, set ambitious goals, and hold students accountable.
• Deliver structured life-skills workshops built for mastery using credible storytelling from elite experience, then assess mastery through Alpha's Test2Pass system.
• Set the cultural tone each morning through focused kickoffs reinforcing high-performance expectations across campus.
• Track student progress in real time and adjust coaching strategies based on data.
• Build trusted mentor relationships with students and families through high standards and documented motivation plans.
