Alpha seeks a Performance Strategist to mentor K-12 students using AI-powered 1-on-1 coaching. You will diagnose blockers, set ambitious goals, and motivate students to exceed standards while leading life-skills workshops and sustaining a high-performance campus culture.

The role emphasizes direct student impact with weekly compensation details and in-person campus work across multiple locations in the US.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• Exceptional achievement in a highly selective domain.
• At least 3 years of coaching or leadership experience.
• Ability to design and deliver a multiweek life-skills workshop with clear progression and measurable mastery.
• Willing to work in-person at an Alpha campus in various US locations (relocation support provided).
• Legal right to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Run 1-on-1 and small-group coaching using Coachbot analytics to diagnose blockers, set ambitious goals, and hold students accountable for follow-through.
• Deliver structured life-skills workshops and assess mastery via Alpha's Test2Pass system.
• Set the cultural tone each morning through focused kickoffs that reinforce high-performance expectations.
• Track student progress in real time and adjust coaching strategies based on data, not instinct.
• Build trusted mentor relationships with students and families through high standards, consistency, and documented motivation plans.
