Alpha seeks a high-impact student success professional to coach K-12 students using AI-powered 1-on-1 and small-group methods. You will motivate, coach, and hold students to elite standards, with coaching 40% one-on-one, 40% life-skills workshops, and 20% morning culture-setting.

Role emphasizes direct student impact, not curriculum design, with in-person campuses across multiple locations. Three years of coaching/mentoring and a bachelor’s degree are required; relocation is supported.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 3 years of experience in student coaching, youth mentoring, athletic coaching, or leadership roles.
• Legal right to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Drive exceptional student motivation and growth through one-on-one coaching and small-group sessions.
• Deliver structured life-skills workshops built for mastery using credible storytelling from your elite experience.
• Set the cultural tone each morning to reinforce high-performance expectations across the campus.
• Track student progress in real time and adjust coaching strategies based on data.
• Build trusted mentor relationships with students and families through high standards and consistent motivation plans.
