The role emphasizes motivation, coaching, and holding students to elite standards. You will spend most of your time in direct coaching and life-skill workshops, with a focus on measurable growth and robust mentorship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 3 years of experience in student coaching, youth mentoring, athletic coaching, or leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Run 1-on-1 and small-group coaching sessions using Coachbot analytics to diagnose blockers and set ambitious goals.
• Deliver structured life-skills workshops built for mastery with credible storytelling, then assess mastery through Alpha's Test2Pass system.
• Set the cultural tone each morning with focused kickoffs to reinforce high-performance expectations across the campus.
• Track student progress in real time and adjust coaching strategies based on data.
• Build trusted mentor relationships with students and families through high standards and documented motivation plans.
