Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of experience in student coaching, youth mentoring, athletic coaching, or leadership roles.
• Willing to work in-person at Alpha campuses across CA, CT, FL, MA, NY, UT, WA.
• Legal right to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Run 1-on-1 and small-group coaching sessions using Coachbot analytics and progress data.
• Deliver structured life-skills workshops built for mastery using credible storytelling from your elite experience.
• Set the cultural tone each morning through focused kickoffs that reinforce high-performance expectations.
• Track student progress in real time and adjust coaching strategies based on data.
• Build trusted mentor relationships with students and families through high standards and motivation plans.
