Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Exceptional achievement in a globally recognized domain required.
• Three years of coaching/mentoring experience.
• Willing to work in-person at multiple US campuses.

Responsibilities

• Run 1-on-1 and small-group coaching using analytics to diagnose blockers, set ambitious goals, and hold students accountable.
• Deliver structured life-skills workshops built for mastery using credible storytelling from elite experience.
• Set the cultural tone each morning through focused kickoffs with high-performance expectations.
• Track student progress in real time and adjust coaching strategies based on data.
• Build trusted mentor relationships with students and families through high standards and motivation plans.
