You will run 1-on-1 and small-group sessions, deliver life-skills workshops, and set the tone each morning. Requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years coaching or mentoring, with in-person work

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 3 years in coaching or mentoring.
• Experience in elite settings preferred.
• Willing to work on-site at multiple US campuses.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 1-on-1 and small-group coaching sessions.
• Lead life-skills workshops and assess mastery.
• Set daily kickoff culture and high-performance expectations.
• Track progress and adapt coaching strategies with data.
