Qualifications

• Hands-on welding and fabrication experience in a shop environment.
• Ability to interpret fabrication drawings and welding symbols.
• Strong safety awareness and OSHA-compliant practices.

Responsibilities

• Turn blueprints, drawings, and welding symbols into accurate layouts and fit-ups.
• Fabricate, assemble, and repair components and structures to spec.
• Measure, cut, and prepare materials using the right tools and setup.
• Deliver high-quality welds and verify dimensional accuracy and finish.
• Operate welding equipment, grinders, torches, and other shop tools safely.
• Keep your area clean and compliant with OSHA and company safety standards.
• Ensure alignment and tolerances are correct during layout and fit-up.
• Troubleshoot fabrication or welding problems promptly.
• Meet production timelines with coworkers and leads.
