Holland Sharpe Inc. in Kentucky is seeking an Industrial Metalwork Fitter–Fabricator to bring metal to life. You will review prints, plan setups, and choose MIG, TIG, or stick processes to fabricate precise parts.

You'll cut, form, tack, and weld to spec, verify dimensions, and ensure finish quality while keeping equipment in peak condition and collaborating with teammates to meet deadlines safely.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical/vocational training preferred.
• Demonstrated metal fabrication and welding experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and operate fabrication machinery.
• Welding certification (AWS/ASME) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review prints, plan setup, and select the appropriate process — MIG, TIG, or stick — to fabricate parts.
• Cut, form, tack, and weld with accuracy to meet specifications.
• Verify dimensions and finish quality.
• Keep equipment in peak condition and coordinate with teammates to meet deadlines safely.
