D1 Training - Lake Orion is actively seeking dedicated Trainers to provide exceptional coaching and training services. Trainers at D1 will inspire and motivate athletes while maximizing client retention and ensuring safety through proper technique. Ideal candidates will bring strong character and excellent customer service skills to a positive team environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid AED/CPR/First Aid certification.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a strength & conditioning setting.
• Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Foster a positive, motivating environment for all athletes.
• Maximize client retention through coaching and training.
• Modify movements for individual athletes' needs.
