Job summary

D1 Lake Orion is seeking a dynamic Coach to foster a positive, motivating environment for athletes aged 7 and up. You will coach group workouts, lead personal training, and guide teams with expert instruction on strength, speed, and nutrition, always prioritizing safety and high energy.

You will tailor movements to individuals, monitor progress, and help maximize client retention through outstanding service.

Qualifications

• AED/CPR/First Aid certification required.
• NCCA-certified certification OR bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of strength & conditioning experience in group, team, or personal training setting.

Responsibilities

• Foster a positive, motivating environment for all athletes.
• Coaching group workouts, personal training, and teams.
• Delivering accurate, industry-leading guidance on strength, speed, and nutrition.

Education
