Job summary

D1 Training is an athletic-based group training facility for adults and youth athletes ages 7 and up. Our mission is simple: You pick the goal, we help you get there.

We combine expert coaching, proven training systems, and a high-energy environment to help every athlete improve performance, build confidence, and reach their goals. As a D1 Coach, you’ll lead group workouts, provide individualized guidance, and create an environment where athletes feel challenged, supported, and motivated.

Qualifications

• Lead group training sessions for youth and adults.
• Provide personal coaching when needed.
• Teach proper form and movement mechanics.
• Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science or related field (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead group training sessions for youth, adults, and teams.
• Provide personal training and individualized coaching.
• Teach form, technique, and movement mechanics.
• Modify workouts to meet athletes at their current ability level.
• Help athletes improve strength, speed, agility, and overall performance.
• Build strong relationships and maintain regular communication with members.
