Job summary

The Connor Group in Ohio is seeking a Director of Financial Planning and Analysis to lead forecasting, budgeting, and strategic financial analysis for the organization.

Ideal candidates bring at least 10 years of FP&A leadership experience, a track record of partnering with senior executives, and a strong ability to drive business results. The firm offers competitive compensation, equity potential, and recognized workplace awards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years’ strength and conditioning experience working with Division I college athletes or professional sports.
• Nationally recognized strength and conditioning credentials (CSCS).
