Job summary

The Connor Group is seeking an Elite Strength & Conditioning Coach to lead training programs for high-level athletes. This role requires a deep commitment to maximizing athletic potential through evidence-based training and individualized coaching.

Candidates must have a minimum of 10 years of strength and conditioning experience with Division I college athletes or professional sports, and hold CSCS credentials. A Bachelor's degree is required; a Master’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years’ strength and conditioning experience with Division I athletes or professional sports.
• Nationally recognized strength and conditioning credentials (CSCS).
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred in exercise science or strength and conditioning.
